Aleta May Schneider

Aleta May Schneider, 96, of Richmond, passed away peacefully at Leisure Manor Sunday, November 25, 2018. Aleta was born October 3, 1922 to the late Arthur and Ethel Plagens. Loving wife of the late Glen Schneider; cherished mother of Judy (Michael) Masterson and Dan (Kristie) Schneider; special grandmother of Tara (Cheryl Hunt) Schneider, Scott (Deanna), Benjamin (Sarah) and Christopher (Amanda) Masterson and Rebecca (Kyle) Christensen.; great grandmother of Brady, Emily, Abigail, Kaden, Kendall, Harper, Chase, Landon and Logan.Also, survived by her brother Marvin Plagens. Preceded in death by her siblings Elroy Plagens, NaDean Zuk, Grace Leach, Inez Harmon and Stanley Plagens. Aleta enjoyed baking and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 3:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Rewalt-Peshek Funeral Home, 68655 Stoecker Lane, Richmond, Michigan 48062.
A luncheon will be provided at Maniaci's Banquet Center.
